Paradise Square
Paradise Square is Chicago’s first major pre-Broadway premiere since coronavirus forced theatres to close worldwide, and Personal PAC has a limited number of the best premium orchestra seats! This is your chance to be one of the very first people to see Paradise Square and to help protect reproductive rights in Illinois at the same time.
Paradise Square is set in New York City during the height of the Civil War, when racial tensions and political divisions across America were at a peak. In the Five Points, a notorious tenement slum neighborhood, Irish immigrants and Black Americans co-existed harmoniously and blended their cultures, creating new forms of music and dance, until Lincoln’s implementation of the first federal draft sparked New York’s deadly Draft Riots on July 1863. This timely and exciting new show is helmed by a distinguished creative team, including direction by Tony nominee Moises Kaufman and choreography by Tony winner Bill T. Jones.
